Tickets are available via Eventbrite.

Early Bird Pre-registration is $70 + booking fees and payable through EventBrite. Early Bird Pre-Registration closes 5pm 18th October, 2019.

Standard Pre-Registration is $85 + booking fees and payable through EventBrite. Standard Pre-Registration closes 5pm 1st November, 2019.

Registering on-site is $100 (if seats are available).

Tournament Details

  • Constructed, 2 day event.
  • Saturday:
    • Main Event – Swiss Qualifying Rounds
      • 60 minute timed rounds, best of 3 games
    • Side Events – from 2PM
  • Sunday:
    • Main Event – Top Cut Rounds
    • Team Wars
    • Side Events
  • Deck lists are required to be handed in at the start of Round 1.
  • Players may utilise a 15-card sideboard, which must be noted on the deck list.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will on-site registration be available?

On-site registration will be available at a cost of $100 AUD, if seats are available. We recommend pre-registering through EventBrite to save money and guarantee your seat.

If a player places in multiple Area Championships, do byes at the Oceania Final Championships stack?

No, byes will not stack, and the maximum number of byes a player may utilise is 1.

If a player has already won a bye, will the bye be passed down to the next eligible finalist?

No, byes cannot be shared or passed on.

Are intentional draws allowed?

Players are not allowed to intentionally declare a draw match (even with both players’ consent). Players who attempt to do so are subject to penalty.

How does sideboarding work?

Sideboarding is allowed after each game within a round, and must be completed within 3 minutes of previous game end.
